About the role

  • Own North America market performance end-to-end, including P&L, operational execution, service delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Lead a senior team across multiple locations and set new benchmarks for service
  • Make market-shaping decisions and create results that influence Ten’s global business
  • Unite cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency and innovations
  • Work with Service, Client Services, Proposition, Technology, Finance, and People to implement market-specific growth strategies
  • Drive commercial growth, revenue and contribution margin, and strengthen client and supplier relationships
  • Inspire, develop and manage a diverse leadership team to deliver measurable impact

Requirements

  • Accountable for delivering core business goals and current-year priorities in North America, driving commercial growth, operational excellence, service quality and client satisfaction
  • Lead high-performing, cross-functional teams and work closely with Service, Client Services, Proposition, Technology, Finance, and People teams
  • Implement market-specific growth strategies and innovations while aligning with Ten’s global vision
  • Deliver exceptional service quality through teams
  • Deliver strong commercial and operational performance across multiple offices and service lines
  • Strengthen and expand strategic client relationships and supplier partnerships
  • Drive revenue and contribution margin growth through targeted initiatives
  • Inspire and develop a diverse, high-performing leadership team
  • Proven track record of senior operational leadership with full P&L accountability in North America
  • Understanding of service-led industries (luxury, hospitality, travel, concierge)
  • Ability to build trust and influence quickly with clients and internal teams
