Responsibilities

- Works collaboratively with Operations Directors, HR, Safety, and Collections Leaders.
- Responsible for the successful execution and deliverance of operations business solutions.
- Guides and communicates Operations Solutions strategy to stakeholders.
- Considers operational performance and systems analyses for recommended changes.
- Harmonizes work products and solutions within Operations Solutions team.
- Coordinates and integrates Operations Solutions Centers of Expertise.
- Provides support in the areas of Operation Solutions services.
- Works with internal and external customers to resolve problems and test solutions.
- Drives operational area toward achieving business results through strategies.
- Develops and retains talent to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of previous related work experience.
- Expert functional knowledge and experience in the areas of performance optimization, operations management and change management.
