About the role
- Lead a team of analysts to develop, maintain, and enhance fraud defenses
- Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
- May manage and develop multiple analysts; coaching and mentoring associates
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
- Drive step-change improvements in credit performance using risk models
- Manage delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- At least 7 years of experience in analysis
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial services (Preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in consulting (Preferred)
