Responsibilities
Drive Digital’s M&A Strategy and Execution – Lead the development and execution of Digital’s M&A roadmap
Represent Digital in Enterprise M&A – Serve as the primary voice for the Digital organization in enterprise-wide M&A discussions
Develop Strategic M&A Theses – Translate business and technology opportunities into clear M&A theses
Lead Digital Due Diligence – Oversee Digital-focused diligence, including assessments of target technologies
Synthesize Findings and Recommendations – Coordinate cross-functional input, develop cost and risk assessments
Oversee Post-Merger Integration (PMI) – Build and execute Digital’s integration plans from Day 0 through Year 1
Measure and Realize Value – Track digital synergies and performance metrics post-close
Develop the Digital M&A Playbook – Create standardized methodologies, templates, and repeatable processes
Institutionalize Best Practices – Capture lessons learned from affiliate integrations and Digital investments
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
12+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, management consulting, or digital transformation roles
Demonstrated experience executing due diligence, integration planning and execution across all aspects of IT and digital work streams
Strong modeling, strategic analysis, and project management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior leaders across functions
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Strategy or Technology Management
Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in a corporate development function
Exposure to digital business models, SaaS, connected systems, or advanced analytics
Experience in executing enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and data platform integration
Experience in industrial, HVAC, or manufacturing sectors
