Oversee client accounts, fostering strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition teams and Hiring Managers, and identifying business development opportunities.
Collaborate closely with teammates to identify and utilize our existing client and candidate database to drive and maximize recruitment activities.
Partner with our Consulting arm to create synergies and unlock cross-selling opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and operations.
Continuously try to understand what is happening on the market to accelerate your ability to consult with candidates and clients alike.
Requirements
Must Have Agency Recruitment Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in a 360 environment.
Sales Drive: You have a passion for sales with a clear, demonstrable track record of performance.
