Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented executor who follows procedures precisely
- Comfortable working independently (remote-friendly setup)
- Own laptop, webcam, and a reliable internet connection
- Must commit to a minimum of 24/32 hours per week for 6 months
- Based in the Netherlands or anywhere in the EU with valid work rights
- Takes ownership of mistakes and drives improvement
