About the role

  • 360° recruitment — acting as the interface between clients and freelance candidates.
  • As a Sales Consultant, you persuade prospective and existing clients in initial contact about OC Recruitment and our services.
  • In your role as a Recruiter you identify suitable freelancers, present them to your clients, lead the interviews, and remain the primary point of contact after placement.
  • You expand the freelance candidate network and establish contacts with specialists and managers within companies with the aim of building long-term client relationships.
  • You monitor market developments and continuously broaden your expertise in the Life Sciences sector.

Requirements

  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Quick comprehension and solution-oriented thinking, as well as the ability to self-motivate and the drive to achieve your self-set goals
  • Good communication skills and a confident, personable manner to successfully recruit suitable candidates
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Very good German skills, written and spoken, and at least good English skills, written and spoken

Benefits

  • Full-time onboarding: 4 days per week on-site in Rottenburg; after onboarding, minimum 2 days per week on-site in Rottenburg
