As a Sales Consultant, you persuade prospective and existing clients in initial contact about OC Recruitment and our services.
In your role as a Recruiter you identify suitable freelancers, present them to your clients, lead the interviews, and remain the primary point of contact after placement.
You expand the freelance candidate network and establish contacts with specialists and managers within companies with the aim of building long-term client relationships.
You monitor market developments and continuously broaden your expertise in the Life Sciences sector.
Requirements
Strong customer and service orientation
Quick comprehension and solution-oriented thinking, as well as the ability to self-motivate and the drive to achieve your self-set goals
Good communication skills and a confident, personable manner to successfully recruit suitable candidates
Valid driver's license (Class B)
Very good German skills, written and spoken, and at least good English skills, written and spoken
