About the role

  • Intern assisting in Talent Acquisition, supporting recruitment processes and developing projects at Nexa. Seeking motivated individuals to lead changes in the mining industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute recruitment and selection activities focused on operational and professional roles according to the Talent Acquisition hiring process;
  • Develop improvement projects according to the internship development plan and participate in career development training;
  • Conduct candidate mapping and screening for talent pools;
  • Monitor selection processes and the necessary stages of each recruitment process;
  • Generate and evaluate job vacancy metrics and indicators;
  • Support the unit and the training department with the industrial apprenticeship program.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in: Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields (from the 6th semester onwards)
  • Desired skills/experience:
  • Conducting selection interviews;
  • Resume/CV screening;
  • Customer service;
  • Power BI and Microsoft Office suite
