About the role
- Intern assisting in Talent Acquisition, supporting recruitment processes and developing projects at Nexa. Seeking motivated individuals to lead changes in the mining industry.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute recruitment and selection activities focused on operational and professional roles according to the Talent Acquisition hiring process;
- Develop improvement projects according to the internship development plan and participate in career development training;
- Conduct candidate mapping and screening for talent pools;
- Monitor selection processes and the necessary stages of each recruitment process;
- Generate and evaluate job vacancy metrics and indicators;
- Support the unit and the training department with the industrial apprenticeship program.
