Responsibilities
Support and execute recruitment and selection activities focused on operational and professional roles according to the Talent Acquisition hiring process;
Develop improvement projects according to the internship development plan and participate in career development training;
Conduct candidate mapping and screening for talent pools;
Monitor selection processes and the necessary stages of each recruitment process;
Generate and evaluate job vacancy metrics and indicators;
Support the unit and the training department with the industrial apprenticeship program.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in: Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields (from the 6th semester onwards)
