About the role

  • Primarily support Corporate Directorates (Finance, Innovation & Digital, Legal & Compliance, and People & Management) and Commercial areas;
  • Align role profiles with the Hiring Manager and/or business areas (Directorates/BUs);
  • Publish openings via the Gupy platform and other talent attraction channels (ATS);
  • Screen résumés, conduct outreach, source candidates (hunting) and schedule interviews;
  • Identify candidates aligned with our values and organizational culture;
  • Conduct competency-based interviews, group assessments, and administer behavioral and cultural-fit tests as required by the selection process;
  • Prepare evaluation reports/shortlists and forward to the Hiring Manager;
  • Provide candidates with status updates about the process;
  • Deliver feedback to all candidates involved in the process;
  • Manage the pre-employment (pre-admission) stage for hires;
  • Act as guardian of Diversity & Inclusion targets;
  • Participate in attraction programs and quota initiatives;
  • Support vendor management for the area;
  • Support management of quota programs (People with Disabilities and Apprentices) and the company’s internship program;
  • Manage databases and metrics/KPIs for your vacancies and for the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology;
  • Preferred: Graduate studies or specialization in related fields;
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and stages;
  • Experience with candidate sourcing/hunting, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews;
  • Experience with corporate/back-office, commercial/sales, and logistics positions;
  • Experience recruiting for leadership positions;
  • Experience with major ATS platforms (Gupy and others);
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Differential:
  • Experience in healthcare, distribution, or related sectors;
  • Experience with DISC, Big Five, or other behavioral assessments;
  • Experience with the pre-employment/hiring process;
  • Experience with Diversity & Inclusion projects and programs;
  • Comfort and knowledge working with area-specific metrics and KPIs.
