About the role

  • Recruiting Coordinator supporting Talent Acquisition team in Menomonee Falls, WI. Focusing on interview scheduling and new hire onboarding activities with room for additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to efficiently manage the recruiting and interviewing process
  • Scheduling of all interview activity for 2 or more DRS locations using Outlook and Teams; coordinate multi-person interview teams and calendars; manage reschedule requests as needed
  • Manage new hire onboarding tasks including background checks, new hire paperwork, IT set up, and more
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently to candidates, new hires, Recruiters, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and interview teams
  • Conduct a variety of tasks necessary for ensuring a great interview and new hire experience - welcoming candidates, facilitating onsite interviews, participating in new hire orientation, etc.
  • Assist with recruiting and sourcing support to all business unit sites
  • Assist with onboarding and activities for summer interns

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • bachelor's degree in HR or related is a nice to have but not required
  • Some experience in Recruiting and/or HR is preferred
  • Must demonstrate impeccable attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a willingness to move between projects easily and quickly
  • Must be able to listen to others and work well as part of a team; eager to share ideas and interested in process improvement
  • Proficient in MS Office including a comfort level with Outlook and Teams
  • prior experience with HRIS systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
