Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for multi-site or high-volume environments preferred
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (UKG experience preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Professional communication skills and structured interview execution
Ability to work on-site during initial training period.
