About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist leading full-cycle recruiting for a multi-location dental organization. Ensuring alignment, training, and structured hiring practices with a focus on retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Enforce standardized screening criteria and interview workflows
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (UKG)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, New York, and New Jersey employment laws
  • Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and 30/60/90-day retention
  • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate quality and role expectations
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting and onboarding workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for multi-site or high-volume environments preferred
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (UKG experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Professional communication skills and structured interview execution
  • Ability to work on-site during initial training period.
