Responsibilities
You are the interface between employees and clients — with a focus on freelancer recruiting
You support sales in filling projects with internal and external staff
You actively source external IT experts for our company via suitable recruiting platforms and get in touch with them
You review profiles and conduct initial interviews
You win candidates through professional relationship management for long-term collaboration
You handle administrative tasks in the day-to-day operations (e.g., contract preparation, data maintenance, etc.)
You take on the active search and outreach of candidates for service contracts, contracts for work and services, and temporary staffing/employee leasing agreements
Requirements
You already have experience in freelancer recruiting or personnel placement, ideally in the IT sector
You have knowledge of choosing contract types — in particular service contracts, contracts for work and services, and temporary staffing/employee leasing agreements
Initial sales experience is not required — enthusiasm for the role and a willingness to develop are most important to us
You can work on-site a few days a week in our office in eastern Munich
You are interested in innovative IT topics
You have excellent people skills, are open and communicative
You are an organizational talent, work in a structured way and take responsibility for your tasks
You are a passionate networker and inspire people with your empathetic and extroverted manner
Professional and likeable conduct come naturally to you
You have very good German and English skills
