Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting cycle for roles across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A
Partner with hiring managers to craft clear job descriptions and effective interview processes
Maintain data accuracy in our ATS
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departures
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and events
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Recruiting, People Operations, or a related HR field (in-house or agency)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Interest in startups, growth environments, and building People processes from the ground up
