Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting cycle for roles across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A
Partner with hiring managers to craft clear job descriptions and effective interview processes
Maintain data accuracy in our ATS

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Recruiting, People Operations, or a related HR field (in-house or agency)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Interest in startups, growth environments, and building People processes from the ground up
