About the role

  • Manage the full recruiting cycle for roles across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft clear job descriptions and effective interview processes
  • Maintain data accuracy in our ATS
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departures
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and events

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Recruiting, People Operations, or a related HR field (in-house or agency)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Interest in startups, growth environments, and building People processes from the ground up
