- Work to build out our Ashby ATS instance and find new efficiencies that will help the recruiting team work smarter and not just harder.
- Keep all job postings and interview plans current and well-documented.
- Anticipate needs of candidates and interview panel members; providing quick and thoughtful solutions.
- Explore and apply innovative strategies for identifying talent and fostering cohesive teams.
- Join forces with our Talent Leadership and Recruitment Team to achieve our inclusive hiring objectives.
- Engage in projects to discover new avenues for candidate engagement.
Requirements
- 1+ years of recruiting or operations experience in a diverse and high growth organization.
