Identifier des candidats via bases internes, jobboards et sourcing actif
Contacter les candidats pour une première qualification téléphonique
Planifier les entretiens entre candidats et agences partenaires
Gérer un portefeuille d’agences partenaires avec un collègue dédié
Suivre les indicateurs d’activité
Requirements
Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines, Commerce, Administration ou équivalent
Première expérience en recrutement, relation client, centre d’appels ou coordination administrative appréciée
Très bonne communication orale
Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de suivi
Français courant indispensable
