You ensure a first-class candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing company.
Strong understanding of recruiting KPIs, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Confident use of modern recruiting tools.
High degree of self-organization, initiative, and sense of responsibility.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
