About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Manager identifying and recruiting top talents for happyhotel, a company revolutionizing the hotel industry with dynamic pricing and automated decisions.

Responsibilities

  • You develop a scalable and efficient recruiting process and continuously optimize it.
  • You actively maintain and grow our talent pool for future positions.
  • You work closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to define job requirements and interview processes.
  • You take ownership of recruiting analytics and dashboards (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline health, and conversion rates).
  • You ensure a first-class candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting KPIs, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Confident use of modern recruiting tools.
  • High degree of self-organization, initiative, and sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
