Recruiting & Development Consultant enhancing recruiting processes at Johanniter Seniorenhäuser. Responsible for coordinating recruiting activities and developing learning offerings for a national network.
Responsibilities
You are primarily responsible for the further development and coordination of our recruiting activities and learning offerings
You are the main contact for our ATS software Softgarden and manage all developments within the system as well as coordination with our technical service providers
You keep an overview of the entire recruiting process and strategically advance internal procedures
You coordinate our regional recruiting colleagues through regular alignment meetings (including weekly standing meetings/Jour Fixes)
You contribute to cross-functional HR projects — e.g., implementing new tools such as an employee app and international recruitment projects
You manage existing recruiting partnerships and develop new ideas for talent acquisition
You further develop learning content for employees, particularly on recruiting topics
You are willing to travel occasionally to collaborate with our facilities and colleagues
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a related field
Experience in (strategic) recruiting and in designing learning or development formats
Enjoys coordinating, working on projects, and collaborating across teams
Strong communication skills and a confident presence — also in digital formats or when leading seminars/workshops
Organizational skills, initiative, and a good sense for people and processes
Proficiency with digital tools and openness to new approaches in recruiting and learning
