**Responsibilities**
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and formulate job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Assist hiring managers with resume screening when required, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ values and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records.
Act as a trusted advisor on talent market insights, recruitment metrics, and best practices.
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Spearhead recruitment efforts for the firm
Track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and provide regular reports to management.
Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience in a Finance / Tech / Fin-Tech industry
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR databases.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
