Requirements

  • Some experience in recruiting is an advantage
  • You are the kind of person who enjoys approaching others and building relationships
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, polished manner of expression
  • Familiarity with social media such as Instagram, LinkedIn or Xing
  • Willingness to learn: we will teach you how to use our applicant tracking system
  • Creative and proactive, with a proven track record of taking initiative
