Responsibilities

Managing and shaping our presence on job boards
Internal consulting and collaboration with our specialist departments
Managing the entire candidate/applicant management process
Independently developing and applying new and unconventional recruiting methods
Liaison with Marketing regarding social-media recruiting
Requirements
Some experience in recruiting is an advantage

Strong communication skills and a confident, polished manner of expression
Familiarity with social media such as Instagram, LinkedIn or Xing
Willingness to learn: we will teach you how to use our applicant tracking system
