- Active sourcing and outreach to potential candidates
- Managing and shaping our presence on job boards
- Internal consulting and collaboration with our specialist departments
- Managing the entire candidate/applicant management process
- Independently developing and applying new and unconventional recruiting methods
- Liaison with Marketing regarding social-media recruiting
Requirements
- Some experience in recruiting is an advantage
- You are the kind of person who enjoys approaching others and building relationships
- Strong communication skills and a confident, polished manner of expression
- Familiarity with social media such as Instagram, LinkedIn or Xing
- Willingness to learn: we will teach you how to use our applicant tracking system
- Creative and proactive, with a proven track record of taking initiative
