Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS)

Proven track record of: Leading audits (internal, external, supplier)
Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Managing supplier quality and customer complaints
Experience with ERP/MES systems and quality management software
Strong team leadership and people management abilities
Effective communication skills (to work across departments and with customers/suppliers)
Decision-making and analytical thinking under pressure
Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
