Deliver projects affecting millions of people to quality, budget and schedule
Requirements
Experienced Change Manager
Understanding of the transport industry
Extensive knowledge of frontline operations and stakeholder engagement requirements
Background in HR/Change Management or IR
Experience in a highly unionised environment
Ability to lead change management activities including change impact assessments, monitoring and assessment
Stakeholder management and generating buy-in
Ability to deliver projects to quality, budget and schedule
