About the role

  • Lead change management for Sydney Trains' Dedicated Incident Response project. Manage impact assessments, process development, stakeholder engagement and implementation across frontline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of change management activities for the Dedicated Incident Response team project
  • Lead change impact assessments, process development, consultation, implementation, communication and reporting
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and generate buy-in to the solution
  • Support organisational alignment
  • Work as part of Network Maintenance team based at Rail Operation Centre, Alexandria
  • Deliver projects affecting millions of people to quality, budget and schedule

Requirements

  • Experienced Change Manager
  • Understanding of the transport industry
  • Extensive knowledge of frontline operations and stakeholder engagement requirements
  • Background in HR/Change Management or IR
  • Experience in a highly unionised environment
  • Ability to lead change management activities including change impact assessments, monitoring and assessment
  • Stakeholder management and generating buy-in
  • Ability to deliver projects to quality, budget and schedule
