Working as a ‘hands on’ Delivery Manager for client projects
Participating in and contributing to Delivery Manager Community of Practice
Supporting relevant colleagues with sales/pre-sales and bid processes
Coaching and supporting teams to work and collaborate effectively
Ensuring projects meet high expectations in quality and impact

Requirements

Experience leading agile teams
Keen to learn or advance skills in leading agile teams
Experience with public sector standards and principles, such as the Service Standard
Leading on the delivery of digital products and services from Discovery through to Live
Acting as a servant-leader for multidisciplinary agile teams
Managing and communicating project risks, issues and dependencies
Encouraging and facilitating continuous learning and improvement of projects
