Responsibilities
Build and scale community programs that drive engagement, learning, and growth across the Mendix and Siemens ecosystems.
Be the quality gatekeeper for all community-facing materials — ensuring every presentation, document, and announcement looks polished, consistent, and aligned with Siemens’ brand and tone.
Stay close to the community — actively connecting with users, partners, and customers to understand their needs, challenges, and ideas for improving the product experience.
Bring the voice of the community to life: Translate feedback and insights into clear recommendations for product and UX improvements.
Make product updates visible and exciting: Lead the communication of release updates, new features, and product improvements across the project portfolio.
Shape the Mendix Forum experience: Act as a product owner for the Forum — collecting requirements, prioritizing improvements, and ensuring the platform evolves with community needs.
Create high-impact communication materials: Craft compelling decks, updates, and stories that inform, inspire, and reflect our brand’s quality.
Collaborate across teams: Work hand in hand with product, marketing, and regional teams to make sure community programs are aligned with Siemens’ global strategy.
Measure and optimize: Use community data and feedback to track impact and continuously improve engagement programs.
Requirements
Have 3+ years of experience in community, program, or project management — ideally in tech or SaaS.
Are a connector by nature — you love building relationships and helping people feel part of something bigger.
Have a keen eye for detail and design, ensuring every piece of communication looks and feels right.
Listen deeply and think critically — you can sense what users are saying (and not saying) and turn that into action.
Are organized and proactive, with a talent for turning ideas into structured, scalable programs.
Communicate clearly and confidently, whether writing a release update or presenting to a global audience.
Understand developer communities and have a strong interest in how people interact with digital products.
Thrive in cross-functional collaboration and know how to align multiple teams around shared goals.
