About the role

  • Program Analyst at DRS Pivotal Power developing plans, schedules, and budgets for defense technology programs. Collaborating across teams to align deliverables with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of program materials for kickoffs, IPTs, PMRs, EACs, AOCs, LOB Reviews and executive/customer gate reviews
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs for weekly reports, scorecards and QBRs
  • Chair weekly LOB meetings; track priorities, action items, and closure status
  • Maintain alignment across bookings, forecasts, schedules, cost and risk data
  • Track and report OTD performance for SDRL deliverables and shipment status to customers
  • Maintain and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for major programs
  • Track and report schedule performance (SPI, milestones, critical path)
  • Track plan versus actual spend for IRAD projects
  • Maintain program risk and opportunity registers and track mitigation actions
  • Support qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and prepare concise summaries
  • Provide customer status updates, respond to inquiries, and support delivery tracking
  • Support Repair & Overhaul activities, KPI reporting, prioritization, and required contract modifications
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and related technical training with 5+ years directly related experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Planning and organization, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to work on complex problems
  • Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Company products, markets and technology
  • Experience with Electrical Engineering and Power Supply solutions
  • Experience in a DoD environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
