Product Specialist responsible for supporting civil construction technology through training and system testing. Focusing on customer success and operational efficiency in global environments.
About the role
- Ensure competitiveness and management of the product – in close collaboration with the Product Manager
- Collaborate with the sales/distribution organizations and with other relevant staff functions – to help them sell the product effectively, and help them support customers and process transactions effectively
- Ensure collection of feedback related to customer concerns and complaints related to the product, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering customer loyalty
- Produce training and communications material, and support those presentation and demonstration activities related to the product
- Conduct product testing to ensure that the product meets quality standards and functional requirements, and make recommendations for improvements
- Act as a subject matter expert in product development
- Assist the Product Manager in following up on product performance, financials and contracts
Requirements
- Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree
- Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership
- Great communication skills and to be able to work both in English and Swedish
- An interest in payments and technological advances
