Product Specialist in SEB’s International Trainee Programme managing customer product lifecycles. Collaborating across sales and support teams to enhance customer experiences and product solutions.
Responsibilities
Ensure competitiveness and management of the product – in close collaboration with the Product Manager
Collaborate with the sales/distribution organizations and with other relevant staff functions – to help them sell the product effectively, and help them support customers and process transactions effectively
Ensure collection of feedback related to customer concerns and complaints related to the product, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering customer loyalty
Produce training and communications material, and support those presentation and demonstration activities related to the product
Conduct product testing to ensure that the product meets quality standards and functional requirements, and make recommendations for improvements
Act as a subject matter expert in product development
Assist the Product Manager in following up on product performance, financials and contracts
Requirements
Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree
Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership
Great communication skills and to be able to work both in English and Swedish
An interest in payments and technological advances
