About the role

  • Conduct research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights into compelling product positioning, messaging, and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure customer needs influence product development.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches.
  • Provide sales collateral, talking points, and marketing support, ensuring timely product launches.
  • Create strong value propositions and messaging tailored for target audiences.
  • Ensure all relevant teams are aligned on product marketing objectives.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and launches.
  • Act as the customer's voice within the organization.
  • Contribute to roadmap ideation, gather customer feedback, and assist with revenue projections.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and act as the primary contact for product-related questions.
  • Create materials to motivate sales and outbound marketing teams.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations on products/features.
  • Develop productive internal and external working relationships.
  • Engage with customers to present product value and answer launch-related questions.
  • Collect customer feedback via Sales to inform product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years (or 3-5 years) of related work experience, preferably marketing financial or technical services for manufacturers or retailers, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Experience in online advertising or social media marketing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations.
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex concepts.
  • Ability to approach work with both a product and client mindset.
  • Highly curious and self-learning individual.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites.
