About the role

  • Develop and implement growth-focused go-to-market plans aligned with product launches
  • Conduct customer and product research to generate hypotheses
  • Craft compelling messaging, content, and assets that educate users
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Analyze and report on the performance of in-app campaigns and growth initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, preferably in product growth or product marketing management
  • Knowledge of product communication tools and experience with Pendo
  • Proficient in using analytics platforms
  • Ability to take ideas, ground them in strategy, and design effective tactical approaches
  • Strong organisational skills and flexibility in structuring work
