Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth-focused go-to-market plans aligned with product launches
Conduct customer and product research to generate hypotheses
Craft compelling messaging, content, and assets that educate users
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success
Analyze and report on the performance of in-app campaigns and growth initiatives
Requirements
5+ years in marketing, preferably in product growth or product marketing management
Knowledge of product communication tools and experience with Pendo
Proficient in using analytics platforms
Ability to take ideas, ground them in strategy, and design effective tactical approaches
Strong organisational skills and flexibility in structuring work
