About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyse market data to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Identify insights that inform the business innovation roadmap and drive positive business outcomes.
  • Work with Office Print Business partners to support the insight to offering feature translation.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Craft and communicate product stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop sales tools and training materials for the sales team.
  • Partner with the Head of Office Print Marketing to define communications governance.
  • Manage a team of 5-15 senior individual contributors.
  • Ensure robust succession planning and support individual growth and learning plans for all team members.
  • Manage budget with accuracy and in alignment with company policies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B Communications and Marketing
  • 2 years of experience in managing people
  • Proven success in successful product launches
  • Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and tools
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with executive management
  • Sharp negotiation and influencing, consensus-building skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to pivot when changes occur rapidly
  • Excellent strategic thinking, attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education.
