Responsibilities

Work with Office Print Business partners to support the insight to offering feature translation.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Craft and communicate product stories that resonate with target audiences.
Develop sales tools and training materials for the sales team.
Partner with the Head of Office Print Marketing to define communications governance.
Manage a team of 5-15 senior individual contributors.
Ensure robust succession planning and support individual growth and learning plans for all team members.
Manage budget with accuracy and in alignment with company policies.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Marketing
At least 3 years of experience in B2B Communications and Marketing
2 years of experience in managing people
Proven success in successful product launches
Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and tools
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interface effectively with executive management
Sharp negotiation and influencing, consensus-building skills
Flexibility and the ability to pivot when changes occur rapidly
Excellent strategic thinking, attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
