About the role
- You take ownership of an entire product family — from concept to rollout.
- You work closely with development, design, customer support, and company leadership.
- You gather and prioritize requirements from the market, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- You oversee the full agile product development process (Scrum/Kanban).
- You write user stories, maintain the backlog, and ensure clear communication within the team.
- You analyze KPIs and drive data-informed product improvements.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., home care, nursing services, medical supply stores, health insurers, or eHealth).
- Experience in product management of digital solutions, ideally in the SaaS space.
- Strong technical understanding and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to structure complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable concepts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and decisiveness.
