About the role

  • Assistant Manager overseeing business processes and management in Pasay, Metro Manila. Driving strategic decisions and efficiency improvements in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates current processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies.
  • Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions
  • Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives
  • Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities
  • Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements
  • Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent
  • Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects
  • Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
  • Demonstrates analytical capabilities, problem solving, ambiguity management, multi tasking abilities in-addition to drive results and collaborating & relationship building skills.
