About the role

  • FCAL Development Manager responsible for driving growth across Malaysia and Thailand. Managing key accounts and providing technical market support in the calibration industry.

Responsibilities

  • Directly accountable for achieving revenue targets for the FCAL and PTOOL business in Malaysia and Thailand.
  • Provide dedicated support to the PCAL SEA business to contribute to overall regional success.
  • Build and manage a sales funnel in collaboration with channel partners to meet monthly targets.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with local government departments, universities, institutions, consulting companies, end-users, and contractors.
  • Provide expert product application solutions and technical support to sales channels and customers via product training, sales visits, seminars, and workshops.
  • Execute market creation activities to build brand awareness and generate demand within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis for Test & Measurement products, with a specific focus on calibration instrumentation, to identify market trends and competitor activity.
  • Support management in developing strategic goals and tactical plans for the FCAL business.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies and programs to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals.

Requirements

  • Must-Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • Must-Have: A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Fluke Calibration (FCAL) business.
  • Must-Have: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of calibration principles and general metrology.
  • Must-Have: A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience, preferably within Process Industries.
  • Must-Have: A proven ability to manage sales targets and successfully develop new opportunities within a defined territory or account list.
  • Nice-to-Have: An additional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience in consulting and negotiating with foreign partners on both technical and commercial terms.
  • Computer literate (proficient in standard office software).
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
