About the role

  • Stay ahead of the marketing technology landscape, tracking competitors, trends, and emerging tools shaping the future of marketing performance
  • Help map the full buying ecosystem and decision-making journey to understand motivations, blockers, and success metrics
  • Help identify and articulate buyer pain points, turning insight into opportunity and influence
  • Help define and evolve the new AI platform offering from name and narrative to design and tone
  • Help translate product capabilities and customer needs into a clear, compelling messaging framework
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice across every channel and touchpoint
  • Develop marketing and communication plans aligned to GAIN’s commercial goals, GTM strategies, and sales targets
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across PR, social, digital, events, and email, ensuring they work together as one seamless story
  • Partner with BD and pre-sales teams to align messaging and materials throughout the funnel
  • Coordinate product and feature launches, delivering clarity, creativity, and consistency at every stage
  • Create and oversee standout thought leadership content, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and social content that move conversations forward
  • Identify and orchestrate collaborations with industry experts, partners, and creators to enhance brand credibility and reach
  • Track campaign performance and engagement data to inform decisions and continuously improve
  • Analyse campaign metrics (MQLs, conversions, engagement) to refine messaging and prioritise what drives the biggest impact
  • Build the **GAIN Product Marketing Playbook**, defining best practice and ensuring consistency across teams and territories

Requirements

  • Proven experience in **B2B SaaS marketing**, **product marketing**, or **go-to-market strategy**, ideally within marketing, data or tech-led environments
  • A sharp understanding of the **marketing tech ecosystem** and an instinct for spotting what’s next
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex product features into compelling, human-centred messaging
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels with measurable impact
  • A balance of creative energy and analytical rigour, knowing when to follow the data and when to follow your gut
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, you must be able to work seamlessly across leadership teams
  • A natural storyteller with a strategic mindset and an obsession for detail
