Product Owner role focusing on document management solutions for Luminor, a leading Baltic bank. Engage in strategic development of core enterprise solutions and enhance customer/internal processes.
Responsibilities
Shape the document management vision and business case
Contribute to defining unit-level targets
Follow up on and support team deliveries
Understand and contribute to strengthening Luminor’s risk and compliance culture
Monitor compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk factors
Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve business processes
Map and maintain document management processes
Work closely with third-party vendors, business units, and IT teams
Provide updates on progress and maintain accountability
Participate in and lead unit testing activities
Lead or support data quality and data improvement initiatives
Provide support and training to document management system users
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT or Finance sector
Solid knowledge of the O365 suite and strong understanding of document management systems
Experience working within structured governance frameworks and regulated environments
Strong grasp of business process management principles
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies as well as IT service and operations management practices
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
Strong time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new competencies
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
Professional certifications such as CSPO, A-CSPO, CSP-PO, ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP are considered a strong advantage
Fluent English is required
