Responsibilities
You'll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care by leading one of our 3 core product 'pods.'
You'll be the strategic lead for one of our 'Big Bets': Accurx Scribe, our AI-based Ambient Voice Technology solution.
You’ll be accountable for making Accurx Scribe the market leader in Ambient Voice Technology for the NHS, unlocking massive productivity gains and defining the vision for how AI integrates into clinical workflows.
You will partner deeply with GTM functions (e.g. Business Development, Customer Success) to decode the market opportunity.
You'll navigate complex procurement cycles, customer needs versus end-user requirements, and the competitive landscape to translate your product-led vision for the pod into compelling opportunities for the market.
You will lead and nurture a team of 3-5 Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence where 'good enough' is never the standard, and high-support meets high-challenge to solve the hardest problems in healthcare.
Requirements
Deep experience in complex problem spaces (ideally Healthcare), with a history of turning intricate systems into simple, intuitive user experiences.
A track record of defining long-term product strategies and successfully collaborating with C-suite leadership to align with company-wide goals.
Experience leading and growing a high-performing team of Product Managers, with a focus on talent development and raising the bar for product quality.
Exceptional ability to influence and inspire across Business Development, Customer Success, Engineering, and Design.
