About the role

  • Group Product Manager leading AI-based Ambient Voice Technology for NHS impacting patient care and communication. Fostering product excellence and strategic vision in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • You'll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care by leading one of our 3 core product 'pods.'
  • You'll be the strategic lead for one of our 'Big Bets': Accurx Scribe, our AI-based Ambient Voice Technology solution.
  • You’ll be accountable for making Accurx Scribe the market leader in Ambient Voice Technology for the NHS, unlocking massive productivity gains and defining the vision for how AI integrates into clinical workflows.
  • You will partner deeply with GTM functions (e.g. Business Development, Customer Success) to decode the market opportunity.
  • You'll navigate complex procurement cycles, customer needs versus end-user requirements, and the competitive landscape to translate your product-led vision for the pod into compelling opportunities for the market.
  • You will lead and nurture a team of 3-5 Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence where 'good enough' is never the standard, and high-support meets high-challenge to solve the hardest problems in healthcare.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in complex problem spaces (ideally Healthcare), with a history of turning intricate systems into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • A track record of defining long-term product strategies and successfully collaborating with C-suite leadership to align with company-wide goals.
  • Experience leading and growing a high-performing team of Product Managers, with a focus on talent development and raising the bar for product quality.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and inspire across Business Development, Customer Success, Engineering, and Design.
  • An 'almost unhealthy obsession' with detail and a relentless drive to ensure every product interaction has the potential to improve or save a life.
