• Product Owner for Document Management Domain at Luminor, shaping document management vision, and supporting organizational goals through effective product management.

Responsibilities

• Shape the document management vision and business case
• Contribute to defining unit-level targets
• Follow up on and support team deliveries toward organizational goals
• Understand and contribute to strengthening risk and compliance culture
• Monitor compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk factors
• Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve business processes
• Map and maintain document management processes together with the team
• Prepare, maintain, and update documentation
• Work closely with third-party vendors, business units, and IT teams
• Provide updates on progress and maintain accountability
• Participate in and lead unit testing activities when needed
• Support data quality and data improvement initiatives
• Provide support and training to document management system users

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT or Finance sector
• Solid knowledge of the O365 suite
• Strong understanding of document management systems and related processes
• Experience within structured governance frameworks and regulated environments
• Strong grasp of business process management principles
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new competencies
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
• Professional certifications such as CSPO, A-CSPO, CSP-PO, ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP are considered a strong advantage
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
