About the role

  • Product Manager optimizing IT service management processes at Barclays. Collaborating with technology teams to deliver improved service and enhance customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technology teams to optimise and improve IT service management processes
  • Development, implementation and maintenance of IT service processes
  • Communication of all process changes and improvements to relevant stakeholders
  • Development of KPIs and analysis of data from various sources
  • Collaboration with the bank to assess their needs
  • Provision of training and education to IT staff and stakeholders
  • Identify and manage risk and control issues

Requirements

  • Deep ServiceNow HAM/SAM expertise (modules, ACLs, workflows)
  • Strong data management and MI reporting skills
  • Agile Product Ownership experience
  • Integration experience with CMDB, Product Lifecycle Catalogue, and ITOM Discovery
  • Cost optimization and vendor management knowledge
  • Experience with risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology.
