About the role

  • Monitor solar plant performance — analyzing data, KPIs and performance via SCADA, PVsyst and technical reports;
  • Coordinate operations, maintenance and construction works on solar assets (civil, electrical and mechanical);
  • Perform technical analyses and performance simulations of plants, identifying losses and proposing improvements;
  • Ensure safety, technical compliance and energy efficiency at all stages;
  • Lead project monitoring and action plans — ensuring schedules and targets remain on track;
  • Conduct technical benchmarking and continuous improvement, comparing practices with the market and proposing innovative solutions;
  • Integrate O&M teams, suppliers and the Suno technical team, ensuring smooth communication and a strong results focus.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with active CREA registration;
  • Solid experience with photovoltaic power plants (medium and large scale);
  • Strong technical knowledge of the solar sector and of NBR and NR standards (NR10, NR12, NR35);
  • Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Power BI and MS Office;
  • Experience in technical project management and performance analysis (PR, availability, irradiance);
  • Availability for frequent travel;
  • Analytical, curious and unusually driven profile.
