About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor solar plant performance — analyzing data, KPIs and performance via SCADA, PVsyst and technical reports;
- Coordinate operations, maintenance and construction works on solar assets (civil, electrical and mechanical);
- Perform technical analyses and performance simulations of plants, identifying losses and proposing improvements;
- Ensure safety, technical compliance and energy efficiency at all stages;
- Lead project monitoring and action plans — ensuring schedules and targets remain on track;
- Conduct technical benchmarking and continuous improvement, comparing practices with the market and proposing innovative solutions;
- Integrate O&M teams, suppliers and the Suno technical team, ensuring smooth communication and a strong results focus.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with active CREA registration;
- Solid experience with photovoltaic power plants (medium and large scale);
- Strong technical knowledge of the solar sector and of NBR and NR standards (NR10, NR12, NR35);
- Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Power BI and MS Office;
- Experience in technical project management and performance analysis (PR, availability, irradiance);
- Availability for frequent travel;
- Analytical, curious and unusually driven profile.
