About the role

  • Nutrition Engineer specializing in food production and technology at ECCO Gulf Majorel. Ensuring product quality and compliance in food manufacturing operations in Qatar.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and optimize food formulations, production methods, and technology processes.
  • Conduct nutritional analysis and ensure products meet regulatory and market requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, production, and quality teams to maintain high standards.
  • Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide technical support for product innovation, testing, and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, food technology, or nutrition engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food production, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in production optimization and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle administrative and technical tasks.
