Coordinate all pricing and revenue activities for the DACH cluster within Regional Central
Create pricing strategies by product, channel and end-customer (segments/types) and assess viability vs. market expectations
Ensure pricing strategies are implemented in the cluster and governance is followed
Develop price forecasting initiatives to provide insights on value to price increases and monthly price decisions
Implement GTM initiatives within the cluster to standardize global price strategies
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, eCommerce and Global Hygiene Category providing pricing expertise, reports and recommendations
Contribute to enhancement of pricing processes to optimize team efficiencies and business support
Utilize market analysis, pricing principles and risk management techniques to develop short-term business proposals and price strategies per channel
Support ad-hoc needs of local sales leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or Financial field
Experience in pricing related role in a commercial organization
Fluent English and German
Analytical and planning skills
Experience working through a matrix organization
Excellent communication and confident presenting skills
Proactive, able to take the lead with initiative
Adaptable to change and able to move change processes through IT systems
Proficiency with Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SAP, pricing software tools, CPQ
Ability to travel up to 10-15% per month
