Pre-sales role focused on prospecting new clients and supporting sales at WISE Group. Work includes cold calling, lead qualification, and CRM management.
Responsibilities
Prospecting new clients;
Cold calling: make multiple calls to potential clients;
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support;
Qualify leads generated by the marketing team or by active prospecting;
Respond to inquiries from potential clients and perform follow-ups;
Work with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth, frictionless sales process;
Weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking of sales performance and metrics;
Maintain the CRM system (HubSpot) and calendar up to date.

Experience in the SaaS segment and B2B/B2B2C markets;
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: inside sales, Challenger Sales methodology, CRM (HubSpot), SPIN Selling, GPCT, prospecting, customer service
