About the role
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Papaya Global's solutions to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Papaya Global's offering and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with Product, Integrations, Payroll, and Customer Success to design solutions and relay feedback
- Contribute to providing technical responses to RFPs & RFIs
- Provide technical expertise and support during the entire sales cycle, including post-sale handoff to the implementation team
- Occasional travel may be required
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within Global Payroll, HR and SaaS industries
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new ideas
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proactive self-starter; comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight
- Strong adaptability to manage frequent changes and resourcefulness in ambiguous situations
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with peers
- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver quickly
- Experience with global payroll and workforce management solutions (nice to have)
- Experience with Integrations, ideally related to Global Payroll (nice to have)
- Experience with Global Payroll Implementation (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Sales Processes and Methodologies (nice to have)
