Responsibilities
Liderar y gestionar el proceso de selección para la Cuota SENA y perfiles Junior.
Establecer y fortalecer relaciones con instituciones de educación superior para atraer talento.
Brindar acompañamiento en iniciativas de bienestar organizacional.
Apoyar procesos operativos del área de Recursos Humanos.
Colaborar con los HRBPs en estrategias de gestión del talento.
Requirements

Estar habilitado para contrato de aprendizaje, ya sea el primer contrato o estar en una cadena de formación.
Residir en Bogotá o alrededores.
Siendo propositivo y con habilidades de comunicación asertiva
Tener buen manejo de office y Excel
