Responsibilities
Identify, source, and onboard licensing and content distribution partners that drive traffic, visibility, and brand authority.
Maintain and grow relationships with key publishers and affiliate partners, fostering long-term collaboration.
Collaborate with affiliate and content teams to create compelling, performance-driven content for partners.
Produce press releases, media alerts, and editorial materials aligned with Lovehoney’s brand voice.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media stakeholders to secure consistent brand placement.
Support planning and execution of key media events, particularly in New York, to strengthen press relationships.
Proactively seed and distribute high-value content designed to influence AI-driven search and discovery.
Monitor PR and partnership effectiveness, delivering regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Ensure all PR and partnership activities align with the Feel the Lovehoney Creative Platform and uphold brand consistency.
Requirements
Proven experience in PR, content partnerships, or digital brand communications (agency or in-house).
Strong network of publisher and media contacts within lifestyle, retail, and entertainment sectors; US market knowledge is a plus.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a record of securing impactful partnerships.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and press materials.
Knowledge of AI/LLM-influenced content strategies (highly desirable).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
