About the role

  • Manage and lead large scale, cross entity change initiatives

  • Proven experience leading large scale change programmes
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time
  • Managing budgets of up to £20m
  • Delivering financial benefits
  • Implementing benefit realisation plans
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration and innovation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels
