- Project management, win business by managing pro-active and reactive development of fragrance to answer the client’s briefs, support sales efforts
- Solid partner of perfumers and other key stakeholders
- Constantly develops in-depth market insights, detect olfactive trends and needs for category and turns them into concrete fragrance solutions
- Lead to define category/client’s fragrance development strategy and execution
- Leads pro-active and reactive projects and initiatives, communication networking internally and externally
- Act as a role model/reference for AFDM and FDMs
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education background
- Minimum 10 years working experience in fragrance evaluation
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and project management skills
- Creative, self-driving, proactive, accountable and patient
- Excellent Oral and Written English & Mandarin.
