About the role

  • Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist driving sales in assigned territory through product knowledge and relationship building. Collaborates with various sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Driving pharmaceutical sales of their assigned territory by providing product knowledge and sales expertise to our customers.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Consultants and Strategic Account Managers to drive pharmaceutical sales.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with customers.

Requirements

  • Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical products utilized in the physician-office space
  • Knowledge of vaccine market, manufacturers, 340b, and product offerings preferred
  • Preferred experience in developing a pharmaceutical standardization plan and deployment strategies
  • Understanding of GPO contract compliance, tier pricing, and price parity preferred
  • Experience with Specialty Pharmaceuticals preferred
  • Knowledge of Generic Pharmaceutical market.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
