Responsibilities
Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
Assist in market research and lead generation activities
Help prepare client proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Participate in client meetings and take notes on key discussions and actions
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and pipeline information
Collaborate with delivery teams to understand service offerings across Data & AI, Application Development, and Modern Workplace
Assist in coordinating outreach campaigns and follow-ups with prospective clients
Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and client engagement strategies
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
Students in years 2-4 of a bachelor’s degree or any year of a relevant postgraduate degree are preferred
Strong interest in sales, consulting, or business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and presenting ideas
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Basic understanding of the technology landscape (e.g. cloud, data, or software solutions) is advantageous but not required
