About the role

  • Teamlead responsible for building and coaching a sales team in Stuttgart for Salonkee. Engaging with clients and leading market presence while being sales-active.

Responsibilities

  • Team building & coaching: You will build and coach a team of approximately five talented salespeople.
  • Market presence: You accompany your team to on-site appointments, support cold outreach, and conduct live demos to show how Salonkee simplifies salon owners' daily work.
  • Creating structure: You organize the week so your team can be successful.
  • Role model: Especially at the start, you will be actively involved in sales yourself.

Requirements

  • Field sales experience: You have 2–4 years of experience in sales (ideally B2B) and know how to open doors.
  • Desire to lead: You don't need to have been a "Director," but you have the talent to motivate others and take responsibility for shared goals.
  • Structured approach: You plan your region independently and know how to set priorities.
  • Communication: You speak fluent German and can confidently communicate in English with our international team.
  • Mobility: A driver's license is required for on-site meetings with our partners.
