About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide operational, business and technical support to Institutional and Wealth Management clients
- Support the performance operation function of reconciliation of account data including cash, holdings, and transactions.
- Account level performance verification, composite management, attribution analysis and client/management investment reporting.
- Help with the generation and review of investment performance reports and attribution analysis
- Maintain and update internal documentation and workflow processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner
- Help gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product or development teams
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates or new features
- Support the team in identifying process improvements or inefficiencies
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior team members to ensure service standards are met
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a financial services, operations, or client service role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Windows-based applications
- Willingness to learn about financial products, systems, and performance reporting
- Interest in pursuing a professional designation (e.g., CFA, CPA, CIPM) is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL or SS&C products is an asset
