Spot trends (AI tools, automation hacks, new placements) and turn them into a competitive edge
Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, Ops, and Creative, and work cross-country (PH, TH, ID, KH) to ensure data and storytelling power every campaign
Balance big-picture growth strategy with hands-on execution and build a growth engine through creative testing
Requirements
Fluent English (written & spoken)
3–5 years hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Search/Display, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram
Proven analytics skills: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, plus expert in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Data-driven problem solver: able to analyze large data sets, identify what’s working, and course-correct fast
Ownership mentality: thrive under ambitious targets and find ways to hit them
Strong time management: juggling multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
